1. Planet Creation: When you create a planet, you're creating a virtual representation that will be visible to all users of the platform. The profile information you provide (such as your X handle, display name, description, and website) will be publicly displayed.

2. User-Generated Content: You are solely responsible for the content you provide. We are not responsible for user-generated content and do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy of any user information. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or is deemed inappropriate, without notice.

3. Bugs and Technical Issues: This platform may contain bugs, errors, or technical issues. While we strive to provide a stable service, we cannot guarantee error-free operation. If you encounter bugs, please report them through our contact channels, but we are not liable for any issues arising from such bugs.

4. Service Availability: We do not guarantee continuous availability of this service. The website may be temporarily or permanently unavailable at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to maintenance, technical issues, or business decisions. We are not responsible for any loss or inconvenience resulting from service unavailability.

• Payment information (processed securely through Stripe)

How We Use Information:

• To display your planet in the galaxy visualization
• To enable other users to discover and view your profile
• To process payments for planet creation
• To fetch your profile picture from X

Data Storage: All planet and profile data is stored securely in our database. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except as required for payment processing.

Data Deletion: If you wish to have your planet removed from the galaxy, please contact us through the social media links provided below.
